L.I. Fire Marshal Accused of Teen Sex Abuse

A Long Island fire marshal has been accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl, according to the Suffolk County district attorney's office.

Babylon fire marshal Morgan Davis, 36, was arrested Monday and charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

The alleged sex abuse incidents happened earlier this month.

Davis is also a Deer Park volunteer firefighter. He pleaded not guilty Thursday and was released on $2,000 bail.

He does not have a private attorney, the district attorney's office said.
