L.I. Dentist Arrested, Accused of “Forcibly Touching”

Accused of Forcibly Touching Patient

 A Long Island dentist is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a 60-year-old woman while she was having dental work done at his office.
Dr. Fred Lipp, 73, is charged with forcible touching.
    
Nassau County police arrested him at his Woodbury home on Monday. 
   
The incident allegedly happened on the afternoon of April 28th at Lipp's office on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook.
   
Lipp has been released on a desk appearance ticket. 
He's scheduled to be arraigned June 3rd at First District Court in Hempstead.
