Long Island Couple Accused of Killing Fellow Drug Dealer

Prosecutors say a couple is accused of luring a fellow drug dealer to Long Island to rip him off but instead shot and killed him.

Tommy Bisbal pleaded not guilty Monday to an indictment charging him with second-degree murder in the 2012 death of Felix Hidalgo Jacquez. His girlfriend, Sabrina Hornoff, was charged last month.

Prosecutors say the couple was caught on surveillance tape trying to cover up the crime.

Newsday reports
that authorities called the evidence in the case "formidable.''

Bisbal is already serving three years in prison for attempted robbery. He was ordered held without bail.

His attorney says Bisbal maintains his innocence.

The couple also is charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Prosecutors say they brought their 7-year-old with them to the crime.
