Livery Cab Driver Stabbed, in Critical Condition at Hospital: NYPD

Police are looking to speak with a man in connection with the stabbing and robbery of a livery cab driver in Queens Thursday. 

The cab was dispatched to Hemlock Street and Jamaica Avenue at about 1 a.m., and the passenger asked the 30-year-old driver to take him to 60th Street, according to police.

The cab got to around 60-19 70th Ave. when the driver and the passenger got into an argument, police said.

The passenger stabbed the driver multiple times in the torso, arm and hands, then fled in a gray 2012 Toyota Camry with the license plate T634876C. 

The victim was taken to Elmhurst General Hospital where he's listed in critical but stable condition.

Police are looking to speak with 41-year-old Kenneth Suden of Queens. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
