1. Jury Finds Bill Cosby Guilty

Bill Cosby has been found guilty of sexual assault. 

After a high-stakes retrial, a jury found Cosby guilty on all three counts for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in a Philadelphia suburb in 2004. 

A half-dozen other women also testified against the comedian. The 80-year-old now faces up to 10 years in prison on each count.

2. $300M Margaritaville Hotel Coming to NYC 

Jimmy Buffet is taking over the Big Apple. 

First came the hit Broadway show "Escape to Margaritaville" and now you can literally escape to Margaritaville a few blocks away because Manhattan is getting its very own Margaritaville resort right in Times Square.

The new 29-story building with 234 guest rooms will include a Margaritaville restaurant, a rooftop LandShark Bar & Grill, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar, retail space in the lobby, and a rooftop pool overlooking the city’s skyline. It's set to open in 2020.

3. NBC 4 New York, Telemundo 47, Stop & Shop and Food Banks Team Up for Tri-State Food Drive

Saturday marks the second-consecutive year that NBC 4 New York and Telemundo 47 join forces for "Feeding Our Families." It's the largest single-day multi-state food drive in the Northeast. 

If you want to help local families and food banks on their anti-hunger quest, stop by a participating Stop & Shop in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and donate non-perishable goods.
