1. No Joke: April Snow Could Make for Sloppy Morning Commute
A day after parade revelers donned spring colors on a mild Easter Sunday, a storm is set to bring widespread accumulating snow to the tri-state, meteorologists say.
Winter weather advisories have been issued for much of the tri-state as the snow is expected to stick around through much of Monday morning.
Between 1 and 3 inches of wet snow is likely across New York City and its surrounding suburbs, as well as on Long Island and in northern New Jersey. Storm Team 4 says rain will mix with snow in southern New Jersey and along the Jersey Shore, keeping snow totals there at 1 inch or less.
By noon it should be all said and done as temps will begin to soar to the mid 40s.

2. Uber, Lyft Rides Will Get More Expensive in NYC
Hailing a ride in New York City is about to get even more expensive.
A newly passed state budget is make catching a cab or Uber south of 96th Street in Manhattan will be subject to higher surcharges to raise an estimated $415 million for subway repairs.
It's expected to be the first phase of a plan that will roll out congestion tolls on all vehicles.

3. Mega Millions $521M Jackpot Numbers Match Ticket Sold in NJ
It was a very happy holiday weekend for one lucky winner in the Garden State.
The Mega Millions winning ticket for Sunday's $521 million jackpot was sold in Morris County.
Nobody had matched all six numbers since January, which ended up making the jackpot this time around the country's 10-largest. The winning numbers were 11, 28, 31, 46, 59 and Mega Ball 1.
The jackpot is the annuity option, in which payments are made over 29 years. The cash option would pay $317 million.
