A woman was killed and a man was injured early Sunday when shots were fired on a Brooklyn street, police said.
Police responded to a 911 call of a man and woman shot in front of 180 Lefferts Place near Prospect Heights at around 2:25 a.m., according to the NYPD.
They found a 32-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the chest and a 34-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
Tamecca Haskins, of Brownsville, was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital Center. The male victim was in critical condition.
There were no immediate arrests.
