Laundro-Rage! Man Accused of Splashing Bleach at Worker Over Lost Clothes

Charged with possession of a dangerous weapon!

A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly splashing bleach at a laundromat employee he believed had lost some of the clothes he had dropped off.

Randy Stith, of Hempstead, was charged with assault and possession of a dangerous weapon on Wednesday.

Nassau County police say Stith went to the Laundry Place in Hempstead on Saturday to pick up the clothes he had dropped off to be laundered. They say he got into a dispute with the woman over the clothes.

Police say he pushed her against a table and then hit her in the face with an open bottle of bleach.

The bleach splashed into the woman's eyes. She was treated at a hospital.

It wasn't immediately clear if Stith had a lawyer.
