Junior's Cheesecake Celebrates 67th Anniversary with 67-Cent Slices

Run, don’t walk to Junior’s Restaurant & Cheesecake: the famous bakery is celebrating its 67th anniversary with 67-cent slices today.

Patrons will have the option to purchase cheesecake by the slices for 67 cents with the purchase of a lunch or dinner entree, a regular plain cake for $9.50, or a large plain cake for $19.50, the eatery announced on its Facebook page.

Junior’s Restaurant & Cheesecake opened in 1950 in Brooklyn and has since opened two locations in Times Square, a bakery outlet in Burlington, New Jersey, Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut and Boca Raton, Florida.
