Police are trying to identify a man wearing an NYPD turtleneck who stole a diamond ring from a jewelry store in midtown.
The suspect entered the store on Seventh Avenue at about 4:10 p.m. on Feb. 20.
He asked to look at a diamond ring and then grabbed it and ran out.
The man was wearing a blue NYPD turtleneck under a black jacket.
