A Jeep struck a parked dump truck in the Hudson River Valley, killing the passenger, police said.
The victim, a 21-year-old woman, was thrown from the Jeep and pronounced dead at the scene, Clarkstown police said.
The Jeep was driving down Mark Lane in New City on Saturday night when it struck the dump truck, police said.
The 22-year-old driver of the Jeep was treated for minor injuries. He was issued a summons for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle, police said.
