Rapper Ice-T addressed his fans Monday on Ustream saying he’s “not breaking the law no more,” after he was arrested last week outside the Lincoln Tunnel.
He was headed back to New Jersey on July 20 when a police officer stopped him for driving without a seat belt. The officer then arrested him for driving with a suspended license. Ice-T said he had an insurance issue in 2008 but not a real suspension.
The hip-hop artist said in the video that the cop was overacting and telling him to “Get out of the car!” When the cop put him in handcuffs, Ice-T said he got pissed off. He added that the police officer said he was going to make his wife, Coco, walk home. The rapper starts chiming in on the incident last week at around 00:20:50 in the video.
