Police Investigate Homicide At Midtown Hotel

A hotel known for drawing tourists into the busy streets of Times Square is now involved in a homicide investigation.

The body of a 65-year-old man was found dead inside his room at the InterContinental Hotel on West 44th Street Friday Night, according to the NYPD.

The medical examiner is working to determine a cause of death, but the victim was believed to have suffered head trauma.

Police are looking for a man who was seen with the victim earlier in the day. Investigators say his name is Renato Seabra. He's approximately 20 years old and was last seen wearing a black suit and a purple tie.
