A minivan driver fatally struck a 28-year-old man as he crossed a street in Brooklyn and then sped off, police said.
Francis Perez was crossing Avenue V near Bragg Street in Sheepshead Bay at about 8 p.m. Friday when he was hit by a Toyota minivan, authorities said.
The driver of the minivan then drove off.
Perez was rushed to Coney Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
No arrests have been made.
