Upstate New York Teenager Charged in Fatal Hit-And-Run

A Hudson Valley teenage has been charged in the hit-and-run crash that killed a 20-year-old man in July.

Eighteen-year-old Brandon Riccobono of Rhinebeck was taken into custody Thursday and charged with manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatality, and related offenses.

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office says the teen was identified as the driver of the vehicle that struck and killed Dylan Feller on July 6 in Rhinebeck. Investigators say Riccobono hit the Clifton Corners man while trying to flee a bad drug deal.

Authorities say Feller appeared to be clinging to the vehicle as it was driving away. Investigators believe Feller fell from the vehicle and was hit by it.

It's unclear if Riccobono has an attorney.
