Help, My Father's Crazy!

Daughter, son-in-law file restraining order

Many of us think our elderly relatives may get a little nutty as they age, but we don't all go running to court claiming they're so crazy as to post a threat to national security.

Well, one family did.

Relatives of 80-year-old entrepreneur Emilio Benenati say the man has gone so far off his rocker that he's dangerous to the country, according to the New York Post.

Benenati owns an aeronautics company with high-level contracts on Long Island; his family says he's gone loony, sexually harasses female employees and lets strangers access company computers, which contain top-secret info, according to the Post.

Benenati's daughter and son-in-law allege their estranged pop also threatened his child with murder in their request for a restraining order. Court papers also claim he tried to get with one of his employees by saying he'd "never been with a black girl," according to the Post. His family wants him to keep at least 100 yards away from the Copiague offices of his business, Nell-Joy Industries and Worldwide Aeronautical Components.

The alleged loon is currently abroad on a business trip, but refutes the charges against him. "I live a very clean life," he told the Post.
