A grenade was found on the 10th-floor of a co-op building across the street from a police precinct in Brooklyn Monday, authorities say.
Someone discovered the grenade in the building on West Eighth Street in Coney Island, not far from the NYPD's 60th Precinct stationhouse, shortly before 11 a.m.
The device had not been detonated, and it wasn't clear if the grenade was live.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
