A girl was struck by a van in a Queens street Monday evening, fire officials said.
The 9-year-old was hit near 38-17 111th St. in Corona at about 7:45 p.m., according to the FDNY.
The driver remained at the scene, and the child was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where she is listed in serious condition.
Charges were not expected to be filed against the driver.
