An accident shut down two northbound upper level lanes of the George Washington Bridge mid-morning Thursday, causing delays of up to two hours.
Details on the accident weren't immediately available, but transit reports indicated delays stretched all the way back to New Jersey.
The lanes were re-opened by 11 a.m. with extensive delays.
