Former Madam Kristin Davis Launches New Campaign Video

Hopping to get on fall ballot

Former Manhattan madam Kristin Davis has upped the political ante in the New York gubernatorial race by releasing a provocative new campaign video.

Davis is best known as the den mother who provided escorts for then-New York Governor Elliot Spitzer -- but Davis’ video notes that she has left that life behind.

The former madam needs 15,000 signatures to get her newly created Anti-Prohibition Party on the ballot, but hopes for more according to KristinDavis2010.com.

Davis’s platform is built upon the concept of legalizing pot, prostitution and gay marriage. She believes that with legalized Marijuana on the ballot in California this November New York State must be next.

Davis is an accomplished businesswoman, an entrepreneur and a women's rights activist. She spent 10 years in finance where she started as a trading assistant. At 25, she became vice president of a hedge fund in charge of securities processing, derivative accounting and SEC compliance, according to her website.
