Robbery Suspects Shoot at Victim from Elevator: Video

After robbing two victims in a building at 2375 1st Avenue, one suspect fired as shot at one of the victims as they fled in an elevator

Police say a pair of armed robbers shot a victim inside an East Harlem building late Wednesday night, and surveillance video captured the suspects firing off the shot.

The suspects, both of whom appear to be in their 20s, approached a 32-year-old man and a 21-year-old man inside the building at 2375 1st Avenue and demanded property from them, police said.

As the suspects went into a building elevator after the robbery, one of them fired a shot at the 32-year-old victim, hitting him in the leg.

The victim was transported to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

The suspects are between six feet and six feet two inches, police said.
