A driver who had three children in his vehicle faces DWI charges on Long Island.

Suffolk County police say 42-year-old Ernesto Lezama, of the Bronx, was weaving around the road when an officer stopped him Sunday night in Coram.

He was awaiting arraignment Monday in Central Islip.

His passengers included two 11-year-olds and a 14-year-old. He also had four adult passengers.

The name of his attorney was not immediately known.

He was arrested on charges of child endangerment; driving while intoxicated; and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger. The latter charge is known as Leandra's Law.
