Do you know this teen? That's what police want to know and are desperately trying to figure out.
The teen, believed to be approximately 16 years old, was found early Tuesday on the number three train. Police found the teen unconscious at the Lenox Station at 148th while on patrol.
The young man couldn't tell police who he was or where he was from. He remains at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital where he is receiving treatment.
The teen is five feet-eleven inches tall and was found wearing a blue hooded shirt, blue turtle neck, jeans and black shoes.
