Disabled Train Causes Delays on NJ Transit, Amtrak

NJ Transit rail riders are facing delays in and out of New York City Tuesday.
    
A disabled Amtrak train has been moved after blocking a single track between Newark and Secaucus.
    
NJ Transit says there are delays of 20 to 30 minutes in and out of New York on all Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line and Midtown Direct service.
