D For Delay: E Train Barely Earns Passing Grade

If you've ever taken the E train, perhaps you're not surprised to learn that it received a D-Plus on its Rider Report Card out Friday, according to a report in the New York Times.

The line runs from the former World Trade Center stop near the southern tip of Manhattan, up to the Lexington/53rd Street stop, and all the way out to Jamaica, Queens.

Waiting for the E sometimes makes you feel like it's coming from another Jamaica, right?

New York City Transit President Howard Roberts said in a statement that the E, like several other lines, is often at full capacity, making a usually cold train ride even worse during the winter months.
