NYPD Looking for Man Seen Running From Brooklyn Shooting Scene

Police are looking to question a man seen running from the scene where a 37-year-old man was shot and killed during argument Thursday afternoon in Brooklyn.

The victim, Todd Wilks, was found unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds on Albany Avenue in Crown Heights, police say. He was taken to Kings County hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No one has been arrested in Wilks’ death, but investigators think that he was shot after an argument escalated. They’re looking to question a man who was seen sprinting down the street after shots were fired.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
