Cops Make Arrest in Deadly Liquor Store Shooting

Police have made an arrest in last week’s shooting of a Brooklyn liquor store clerk.

Eion Klass, 33, an ex-con who served more than a decade behind bars for attempted murder, has allegedly confessed to killing 34-year-old Yoseph Robinson, police said. Detectives apparently used surveillance video to track him down.

The incident occurred at a kosher liquor store in Midwood last Thursday. Cops say Robinson was trying to stop the gunman from taking his girlfriend’s jewelry.

Klass has been charged with murder in the 1st and 2nd Degrees, and criminal possession of a weapon.

In his own bio on YouTube, Robinson, a former reggae artist and music exec, describes how he left behind a life of violence when he converted to Judaism.
