Police say they are on the hunt for a man wearing a “YOLO” hat who they say stalked a woman in Harlem before forcibly grabbing her buttocks.

Cops claim it was around 1:30 p.m. back on June 17 when the 40-something-year-old man followed a 28-year-old woman into the lobby of an apartment building at Seventh Avenue and 138th Street.

As the woman waited for the elevator, the suspect stayed in the lobby, but out of her sight, police said. When she got onto the elevator, the attacker quickly followed her.

Police say this is the man suspected in the groping.

Surveillance video shared by the NYPD shows the elevator stop on the sixth floor and shows the woman getting off. That’s when, police say, the man attacked, grabbing the woman’s buttocks from behind and following her into the hallway.

He tried to grab the woman again, officials said, but when she resisted he ran down a nearby staircase, fleeing the area.

The woman was not injured, but police are still looking for the suspect, who was last seen wearing jeans, a black shirt and hat with the letters YOLO on it. YOLO stands for "You Only Live Once."

Witnesses are urged to call Crime Stopper with tips.
