Construction Worker Plunges to Death in East Harlem: NYPD

A construction worker replacing roof gutters in East Harlem plunged seven stories to his death Thursday, police say.

The 62-year-old worker was on the seventh floor of the building at 124 E. 107th St. when he fell at about noon, police said. 

Responding EMS found the man unconscious and unresponsive at the back of the building. He was pronounced dead on the scene. 

The medical examiner will determine a cause of death. The victim has not yet been identified.
