Chelsea Clinton has been dismissed from jury duty in New York after serving for just one day.
The daughter of the former president and ex-secretary of state showed up for jury duty at a Manhattan state courthouse on Tuesday, but she was not selected to serve.
The 34-year-old Clinton, who commands as much as $75,000 per public speech, announced she was pregnant with her first child in April.
Last week, pop singer Madonna did a brief stint in jury duty at the same courthouse. She was dismissed after about two hours.
