A 26-year-old is dead after the car he was driving plunged from an overpass onto the Bruckner Expressway late Friday evening, police said.
NYPD investigators determined the man was speeding on East Tremont Avenue when he crashed through a metal guardrail shortly before 11 p.m., police said.
First responders found the man unresponsive and suffering from severe trauma. He was declared dead at Jacobi Medical Center.
