SUV Crashes into New Jersey White Castle, 3 Hurt

The female driver and two children were taken to the hospital in unknown condition

A woman driving an SUV with two children in the back crashed into a White Castle restaurant in New Jersey Monday morning, authorities said.

She and the children were taken to the hospital; their condition was not clear.

John Whitaker, a supervisor at the restaurant on Somerset Street in New Brunswick, said four employees were inside at the time but were in the back preparing for the lunch crowd and were not injured.

The SUV broke windows and caused damage to the front facade and support beam, Whitaker said.
