Police say a school bus driver drove drunk in upstate New York with students on board.

Authorities have filed multiple charges against 54-year-old Anderson Hollins, including felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child and felony aggravated driving while intoxicated while operating a bus with a passenger.

Police say Hollins drove seven students, ranging in age from 5 to 11 years old, to a school in suburban Rochester Monday morning. No students were injured.

Hollins has pleaded not guilty.

Attorney information was not immediately available.

Police say testing on employees performed Monday revealed his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.

District officials say Hollins has been placed on leave pending termination.

Hollins was remanded to county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
