A three alarm fire is burning through a wide area of Great Kills park in Staten Island, but fire officials say no homes are threatened by the blaze.
The fire is actually the result of two separate blazes, fire officials said. It broke out Tuesday afternoon near the entrance of the Gateway National Recreation Area
Crews rushed to the scene to contain the fire.
