2 Men Dead After Being Shot Multiple Times in Separate Brooklyn Shootings: Police

A man in Bedford-Stuyvesant and a man in Crown Heights died in shootings

Two men who were each shot several times died in Brooklyn on Sunday, police said.

A man sustained several gunshot wounds to the torso in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood around 12:45 a.m., police said.

The man, whose identity was not specified, was taken to Interfaith Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 1:45 a.m., police said. No other information was available.

A man in Crown Heights also died after a shooting around 5 a.m., police said.

Officers found the 25-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso unconscious and unresponsive on Saint John’s Place, police said.

EMS transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made over the fatal shooting and the investigation is ongoing.
