Man Pistol-Whipped in Brooklyn Home Invasion, Robbery: NYPD

Police are searching for three men who broke into a Brooklyn apartment, pistol-whipped the resident and stole his electronics and valuables Monday, authorities say. 

The robbers went into the apartment in the area of Church and Ocean avenues in Kensington at about midnight and struck the 18-year-old man with a gun, police said. 

They then took a TV, desktop computer, jewelry and debit card before running away, police said. 

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was treated and released. 

Police have released surveillance video of the suspects in a building elevator as they left with the stolen property.
