Police Seek Gunman Who Shot 2 Girls in Queens

Two little girls were shot, including a 2-year-old girl who is in critical condition

Two young girls were wounded, one critically, when shots were fired into a crowd in the Bronx on Monday night, police said.

The youngest victim, a 2-year-old, is in critical critical after she was shot in the head after shots were fired on E.181st St. in West Farms.

A bullet also grazed the neck of a 6-year-old girl, and a bullet hit the back of Ricky Rodriguez, 20. Both victims are stable.

Witnesses say the suspect,  23-year-old Luis Moore, didn't care who he hit when he walked up to the crowd of mothers and children on the street, took out a gun, and started shooting.

"I'm pretty sure he's seen kids," said one witness, who asked not to be identified. "It was daylight."

Neighbors say they saw Moore get into an argument with another man in the neighborhood earlier in the day. They don't believe the victims were intended targets.
