As part of our continuing series, Braced for Change, we bring you yet another development on Lispenard Meadows in Soho. This one is at 520 Broome, covering the whole block front between Sullivan and Thompson Streets where the old Tunnel Garage used to stand. The site is being readied for a new 9-story, 39-unit stack of condos from the architectural crew at the Stephen B. Jacobs Group, whose website shows some dry-day renderings of the finished building. It looks like the gang has the soggy situation under control. This one should rise from the muck before too long.
