A 14-year-old girl was punched and robbed of her Beats headphones by a group of boys on a Bronx street Wednesday afternoon, police say.
The girl was in the area of Tilden Street and Barnes Avenue when a group of five teenage boys, about 14 to 15 years old, walked past her, police said.
One of them punched the girl in the face and took her Beats headphones, then passed them to another boy while the rest of the group watched, according to police.
The boys fled on foot, police said. The girl wasn't seriously hurt.
The popular Beats by Dre headphones are among the priciest on the market, retailing about $300 per pair.
