Christian Vasquez, of Beach Channel Drive, was placed on the wrong bus around 8 a.m., sources said. His parents learned of their mistake when they got a call from the Crossroads School in Nassau County, saying he never arrived, sources said.

When he arrived at the different school, employees there realized the mistake and contacted authorities, sources said.
