Bloomberg to Meet Obama at White House

Friday's meeting expected to focus on rebuilding infastructure

News 4 New York has learned Mayor Michael Bloomberg will meet with President Barack Obama at the White House this Friday.

On the agenda: How to get more federal dollars to places like New York City for infrastructure projects that in turn create jobs.

Republican California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Democratic Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell will also attend.

The two governors and Bloomberg formed a coalition called "Building America's Future," designed to trigger national infrastructure investments.

Aides to the mayor and governors have expressed concerns that the stimulus package was "not a cure all," saying additional investments will be necessary.
