This Iconic Pizza Joint Has Been Named the Must-Visit Pizzeria in New York City

With so many delicious pizzas to choose from in New York City, it may seem like an impossible task to declare just one that you can’t miss.

But website Thrillist put itself to the task and released a list of the "must-visit" pizzerias in America’s biggest cities.

The representative for New York City? Prince Street Pizza.

Thrillist described the iconic pizzeria as "a no-frills, by-the-slice joint known for Sicilian squares and long lines."

The popular square pies at the NoLita eatery are named after neighborhood streets and draw lines around the block.

Once you actually make it inside, Thrillist suggests ordering the Spicy Spring, a Sicilian slice with spicy tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and crispy pepperoni.

To be fair, even Thrillist wasn’t able to pick just one New York City pizzeria. (Can you blame them?) The site also included Roberta’s in Bushwick as a bonus on their list.

Take a look at the 46 local pizzerias that have been named the best in America here.
