Slain S&M Lawyer Tried to Protect Dom Girlfriend

The Manhattan attorney killed in an S&M love triangle rushed to the Philadelphia home of his dominatrix girlfriend to try to protect her from the crazed former client who ended up turning the gun on him, the New York Post reported.

Anthony Ottaviano, 40, was slain by a former client of his girlfriend Edythe Maa -- a brunette stunner who went by the name "Jade Vixen" in fetish circles -- after she asked him to race to Philly because she feared the tattooed muscleman was stalking her, the Post reported.

"He went down to Philadelphia to make sure she was safe becasue she had called him and said, 'This guy is freaking me out,'" a friend of Ottaviano's told the Post. "They went out for dinner and he was trying to chill her out."

Maa's worst fears were realized when the maniac shot Ottanviano after the two returned from dinner, then kidnapped the petite former Ph.D. student at the University of Pennsylvania for four hours before he committed suicide.

"Jade Vixen - she's the greatest fetish model since Betty Page!" the madman, David Krieg, gushed on a video on his MySpace page.

Ottaviano, who worked at a prestigious Manhattan law firm, had a passion for the leather-clad lifestyle that shared by Maa, whose forays into the fetish lifestyle began in high school, friends told the Post.

"Even in high school, she was living with an older man," one friend told the paper. "She always wore black."

She and Ottaviano would often attend kinky fetish parties in New York City -- with the Manhattan attorney sporting a garter belt, stockings, high heels and a dash of lipstick, according to The Post. The 5-foot-4 Maa boasts of 32D-22-32 measurements on fetish websites and says she specializes tickle torture, nipple play and "sissy slut training" and will engage in forced feminization, medical play and genital torture, the Post reported.

Maa's closet was full of latex, leather, corsets and stilettos and her clients include men, women and transgenders.
