Police have arrested a man who allegedly followed a 24-year-old woman into her Harlem apartment building over the weekend and attempted to rape her.
Authorities say Twuan Darby, 37, was charged with attempted rape, burglary and sexual abuse when he allegedly followed the woman into her building on Saturday around 1:20 a.m.
The victim was able to fend off her attacker and he fled. He was taken into custody Thursday.
It wasn't immediately clear if Darby had an attorney and no further information was imediately available.
