A northern New Jersey man has been charged in a hit-and-run accident that killed a 23-year-old man, police said Friday.
Edward Corcoran was picked up Friday afternoon by police and charged him with vehicular homicide, drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
Jordan Pettway of Englewood was struck and killed early Friday as he crossed an off-ramp where Interstate 80 exits in Hackensack.
