A bicyclist was critically injured when he was struck by an alleged drunk driver near the Queensboro Bridge in Queens Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The cyclist was riding near the bridge when he was struck at 41st Avenue in Long Island City at about 2:30 p.m., according to police.
The unidentified bicyclist was taken to Cornell Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
The driver was arrested at the scene on a DWI charge, police said.
