Adele to Perform at Madison Square Garden 6 Times During North American Tour

Adele will be saying "Hello" to New York City audiences at least a half-dozen times in 2016.

The Grammy-winning singer announced she would be performing at Madison Square Garden six times in September as part of her upcoming North American Tour. The tour will be her first in the Americas in more than five years, and it follows her concert at Radio City Music Hall earlier this year.

After the release of her record-breaking album "25," she took to YouTube to announce a European tour, which also ended a long performance hiatus for the immensely popular singer.

Tickets for the shows, on Sept. 19, 20, 22, 23, 25 and 26, go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday.

No performances are scheduled for the Barclays Center or other venues around the tri-state.

The announcement comes the same day that NBC 4 New York will air Adele Live in New York (10 p.m. EST), which features footage from her recent concert at Radio City.

Adele’s latest album "25" has already sold millions of copies and includes the mega-hit "Hello."
