    7 People Shot in Harlem: NYPD

    Police say seven people were shot at a gathering in Harlem.

    Seven people were shot at what was believed to be a barbecue party in Harlem, police said Sunday. 

    Five men and two women were shot at a gathering at 116th Street and Eighth Avenue, just of Frederick Douglas Boulevard, the NYPD said. 

    The victims ranged in age from 19 to 25, police said. 

    They were taken to St. Luke's Hospital, Harlem Hospital and Lincoln Hospital, police said. All are expected to survive their injuries.
