Winning $7 Million Lottery Ticket Sold at Queens 7-Eleven: Officials

The sole $7 million winning ticket in Monday night's drawing for the lottery game Cash4Life was sold in Queens, officials say.

The top prize-winning ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven store at 41-00 Bell Blvd. in Bayside, according to lottery officials.

The person holding the $1,000-a-Day for Life winning ticket can decide whether to take the annuity prize or the cash value of the annuity.

The winning numbers in the drawing were 5, 16, 21, 33, 47 and cash ball 4.

Lottery officials are still looking for the winner of the second-prize winning ticket in the June 19 drawing. That ticket, worth at least $1 million, was sold at the Card Corner store at 93 East Main St. in East Rockaway on Long Island.
