4 Killed, 7 Hurt in Spate of Shootings, Stabbings in NYC: NYPD

Four people were killed -- and another seven were wounded -- in an outbreak of violence in four of New York City's five boroughs Sunday and early Monday.

The NYPD said that one person was killed and another five were wounded in Brooklyn. In the Bronx, two men were shot to death and another was wounded. In Manhattan, one person was shot over a parking space, and in Queens, one man was found shot to death inside an apartment.

The violent outburst spread over more than 12 hours, but seven of those wounded or killed were shot between 6 and 7 p.m., according to the NYPD.

Brooklyn's Bushwick saw the highest injury count, with four men shot and wounded in the street. A few hours earlier, in neighboring Williamsburg, two brothers were stabbed in a dispute after a midnight soccer game at a school. 

No arrests have been made in any of the shootings or stabbings.
